Featuring emerging artists from the St. Louis community and UMSL, this second coming of "Pop Manifesto" is a visual declaration on contemporary pop culture. Co-sponsored by Made Monarchs, the show will feature a variety of media: illustration, design, painting, and sculpture in an attempt to create a visual dialogue that explores what pop art means to 21st century viewers.
